STEP 2: Add your favorite condiments such as sansho pepper, brown rice, and wasabi and enjoy. STEP 3: Pour dashi broth made from mackerel, bonito, kelp, etc. over the rice to finish as dashi chazuke. You can choose one side dish from 12 options, including dashi-rolled omelet, Namban fried chicken, and roast beef (plus 55 yen including tax).
