A puff of gum instead of a cigarette. We will provide you with free non-smoking gum that you can chew if you feel like smoking.
Smoking gum is a smoking cessation aid that relieves symptoms such as irritation, difficulty concentrating, and restlessness when you want to smoke. The gum contains nicotine, and by ingesting nicotine instead of cigarettes, it suppresses withdrawal symptoms and helps people quit smoking. Usually, start with 4 to 12 pieces a day, and once you get used to quitting smoking (about a month), reduce the number of pieces per day every week, and stop when the number of pieces per day is 1 to 2.
Chew one piece of nicotine gum for 30 to 60 minutes at a time. Use the table as a guide for the number of times you use each day, and usually start from 4 to 12 pieces per day and increase or decrease as needed. Stop using it when you use only 1 to 2 pieces per day.
