Skylark Group provides delicious, safe, secure, and comfortable food to customers through its core business of table service restaurants offering a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. The Group currently operates approximately 3,000 restaurants, serving approximately 300 million customers each year.
The restaurant market, which once enjoyed remarkable growth, has matured, and consumers have become even more demanding in their evaluation of value after the period of low economic growth, the natural disasters, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Lifestyles and ways of enjoying restaurants have changed over time, and a new food culture has emerged. Customers' needs and their dining styles are also becoming more diverse.
We will leverage our strength in having a variety of brands to ensure that we meet the diversified needs and expectations of our customers. Safe, high-quality ingredients are prepared and delivered to customers' tables through our vertically integrated infrastructure of purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and stores. Our 10 central kitchens in Japan deliver 6 days a week to our restaurants nationwide, so you can always enjoy fresh, carefully selected, delicious food at our restaurants.
